God’s Children By Nature

Romans 8:15-17 "For you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but you have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together." Galatians 4:7"Wherefore you are no more a servant, but son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. 2 Peter 1:4 tells us that we are now partakers of the divine nature. These are facts. It is important that we renew our minds to these facts so that the positional will become the experiential. Romans 12:1-2. The New Testament adds a revelation that the Old Testament saints did not have. They had God for them and God with them and so do we. But we have now as New Testament saints God in us!
Romans 8:31 "What shall we say that these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? We cannot be defeated if God is for us, with us and in us. John 14:16, 17, 23 "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it sees him not, neither knows him: but you know him; for he dwells with you, and shall be in you. Jesus answered and said unto him, if a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him." 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 tells us that our bodies are now the temple of the Holy Spirit. Our spirit is now the Holy of Holies. Now my heart is His heart. My blood is His blood. My mouth is His mouth. My brain, my mind, my conscience, my hands, my feet, my eyes and my ears are His.
Galatians 2:20 "I have been crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I., but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me." This is an act of grace. How conscious are we of God living inside of us? People constantly talk about their lack of power and lack of ability.2 Corinthians 3:17 "Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty. The Amplified Bible says there is emancipation from bondage to freedom. Where is the Spirit Lord? The answer is in every part of our being. He is Lord in our bodies, in our minds and in our spirits. Verse 18 of 2 Corinthians 3 reads "But we all with open face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord are changed into the same image from glory to glory even is by the Spirit of God. The Amplified Bible says that we are constantly being transfigured into His very own image and ever increasing splendor and from 1 degree of glory to another (for this comes) from the Lord (Who is) the Spirit." To most Christians today this is a doctrine rather than a reality. If it was real to us not only would we be powerful, whole and dynamic, but so would our communities.
Colossians 1:29 "Where unto I labor also striving according to His working which works mightily in me." Ephesians 3:20 "Now unto him that is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us..". If we get a revelation of the risen Christ in us and give ourselves over to that revelation then we become a limitless possibility to the people of the world. Ephesians 1 and verse 19 "And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe according to the working of his mighty power." Romans 8:11 tells us that the same ability of the person and power of the Holy Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in us. He is called the Spirit of life. Romans 8:2 calls it the law of the Spirit of Life. 2 Corinthians 3:6 tells us that the letter kills but the Spirit gives life. Gives life where? To your spirit, to your mind, to your will, to your body, to your words, to whosoever and where ever you go and who ever you come in contact with. John 6:68 Simon Peter said "where shall we go? You have the words of eternal life." My friends we have the words of eternal life too. Whatever we say about Jesus we must say about ourselves. To not agree or say the same thing would be in defiance of the New Birth and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Do you realize that people are saved, healed and delivered through the words of your lips? Or at least they should be. The life giving power of the Holy Spirit is pouring in and through you life and health.
Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Who can? I can. You can. Do what? All things. What is all things? All things are everything limitless. Through Christ. Where is Christ? Where is my strength come from? Where is that strength located? Inside me. In him. Our ministry is the ministry of the Spirit. That ministry is in us. First is the new creation of 2 Corinthians 5:17. Secondly, He forms us into His own image, the image of Christ. Romans 8:29. Thirdly, He ministers through us to the church and to the world. In John's Gospel chapter 1 the first five verses tell us that Jesus is the Word, that He is God and Creator and in Him is the life or the light of all men that shines in the darkness of which the darkness cannot overcome. Verse 12 tells us that when we receive Him we become sons of God just like Him. Verse 16 says "And of his fullness have all we received, and grace for grace." Verses 29-34 speak of Jesus being baptized in the Holy Spirit. Matthew 3:11 "I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but he that comes after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear, he will baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire. That reality was spoken by Jesus in Acts 1:8 "But you shall receive power after that the Holy Spirit has come upon you……….. The fulfillment of that came in Acts 2:4. Romans 8:19-20 is what Almighty God and the world is waiting for: "For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creature waits for the manifestation of the sons of God." We are the Sons of God that the great and mighty Holy Spirit wants to manifest Himself through. We are now, not going to be, but NOW- Children or Sons and Daughters of God by Nature!
