Let God Out

“Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.” 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. God the Holy Spirit lives inside you if you are born-again today. How do we glorify God in our body and in our spirit? WE LET GOD OUT!

Keep The Fire Burning

“I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire.” Matthew 3:11. The fire of God refers to several things. It refers to purity, passion, and power. My conjecture after over 25 years of ministry is that many Christians don’t know their purpose in life. They don’t know why they are born-again. They haven’t come to the realization of the purpose of the Spirit baptism.

It's Time To Shine

Isaiah 60:1-5 says, “Arise shine for your light is come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.” Most Bible scholars have relegated this Scripture to the future when in actuality it is for right now. All Old Testament prophecy deals with and points to Christ and the church. It may have relevance to Israel at the time of writing, but it also applies to Christ and the church. We should be able to find Jesus in every book of the Bible.

Healing The Sick

Healing the sick was a commission given to the twelve disciples before the cross, after the cross and taught by those same twelve and later seventy others so that every believer that names Jesus Christ as Lord would know that they were commissioned likewise. Mathew 10:7-8. ”And as ye go, preach, saying, the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely you have received, freely give.” Luke 10:1,9.

Have Faith In God

“Now the next day, when they had come out of Bethany, He was hungry, And seeing from afar a fig tree having leaves, He went to see if perhaps He would find something on it. When He came to it, He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs. In response, Jesus said to it, “Let no one eat fruit from you ever again.” And His disciples heard it.” Mark 11:12-14 NKJV. “Now in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. And Peter, remembering, said to Him, “Rabbi, look!

Harvest Time

I love the summertime. Summer is the time when people get out of their homes after a long winter, and enjoy the outdoors with their families attending festivals, parades and many other outdoor events and recreations. To me summer means one thing – harvest!

Defining Discipleship

“And Jesus came and spake unto them saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and on earth. Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost…” Matthew 28:18-20. The NKJV and most new translations say to go and “make disciples” of all nations. A disciple is one who follows the teaching, the training and the mode of life of another. In our case it’s Jesus. A disciple is a disciplined one. Discipline is defined as doing what needs to be done when it ought to be done whether you like it or not.

Complete In Christ

Colossians 2:9 in speaking of Jesus says “For in Him the whole fullness of Deity (the Godhead) continues to dwell in bodily form (giving complete expression of the divine nature).” Verse ten goes on to say “And you are complete in Him, made full and having come to fullness of life (in Christ you too are filled with the Godhead – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – and reach full spiritual stature). And He is the head of all rule and authority (of every angelic principality and power).” Amplified Bible.

Christianity 101

Christianity in America today is a far cry from that which is revealed in God’s Holy Word, the Bible. In nominal churches (those that don’t preach born-again), the concept of Christianity is going to church on Sunday and “trying” to lead a good life. Sad to say, in Evangelical and Full-Gospel churches today, it is not much different. Let’s take a look at what Christianity is NOT.

Character That Matches The Annointing

The Bible tells us over and over again that this Christian life is a walk. It is a walk of faith, hope and love. Jesus told us in John 16:33, “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me you might have peace. In the world you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” We can walk through the pressures of life with joy and come out on top every single time because we are hooked up or one with Jesus.
